History
Lay Networks was formed in early 2000
out of the realization that students
of Indira Gandhi National Open University
in India does not have sufficient
computer science material to refer
or to take an advice from. The website
was a brainchild of Kartik Shah, then
student of IGNOU for MS course in
computer science. Initially the website
was started to provide genuinely free
IT services to the world. At that
time there were three other students
(i.e Paavan Solanki, Pragnesh Patel and
Ullas Marar) of diverse field joined
hand with Kartik Shah and offered
their services to the world free of
cost.
After about a year of operation
the site/organization have started
receiving tremendous support and appreciations
from computer science students and
professionals all around the world.
And slowly it was shifted totally to computer science
tutorials and offered help to students. |
